  • TEAM EI Colorado Newsletters
    TEAM EI Colorado newsletters are shared with Early Intervention Coordinators on the 5th of each month and are available for the EI workforce and public to view. Select TEAM EI Colorado Newsletters to view all communication shared.
  • TEAM EI Colorado Training Videos
    The TEAM EI Colorado video recordings are the initial professional training developed by EI Colorado to provide the public and the workforce with the foundational knowledge about the TEAM EI Colorado model, transdisciplinary teams, structured team meetings, teaming discussions, coaching as an adult interaction style in Early Intervention, and primary provider service delivery.
    • The training videos are an integral part of the workforce driven initiative to improve services for children and families, and support provider recruitment and retention
    • The four training videos are required statewide for all service coordinators and providers working with or for an EI Broker 
    • The 10 minute Welcome to TEAM EI Colorado training video is required for every EI professional working for an EI Broker (for example: Referral and Intake, Billing, Data, Support Staff, etc.) 
    The four recordings will be available for viewing by October 1, 2024.

  • TEAM EI Colorado Cohorts and Book Study
    The TEAM EI Colorado Book Study Group is an initiative designed to deepen understanding of the foundational texts that inform the TEAM EI Colorado model. This is a fantastic opportunity for identified individuals from each Cohort to come together, share insights, and collaborate on the best tools and activities to implement TEAM EI Colorado across the state.

    What: A time to delve deep into foundational texts that help inform the TEAM EI Colorado model. These texts include:
    • The Early Childhood Coaching Handbook, Second Edition by Shelden and Rush
    • The Early Intervention Teaming Handbook, Second Edition by Shelden and Rush
    • Pause and Reflect: Your Guide to a Deeper Understanding of Early Intervention Practice by Dana Childress
    Why: By having a shared understanding, programs can better collaborate on what tools and activities are needed to implement TEAM EI Colorado across the state.
