All babies and toddlers need support for their development so they can get off to a strong start in life. Some children need extra support to nurture them in the early years. Early Intervention Colorado supports families with young children, birth to age three, who have a delay in their development or a disability. 

Acting early to give children the extra support they may need will help ensure they have the strong foundation they need to thrive!

Early Intervention Colorado gives parents the tools and support they need to help their child learn and grow every day. Early Intervention services are offered at no cost to families, and there are no income requirements to participate. 

Early Intervention Colorado services can be provided in the child’s home, child care center, a relative’s home, or another community setting. 

Interested in becoming an Early Intervention Colorado provider? 

To become an approved Early Intervention provider, you will need to connect with the Community Centered Board (CCB) or local Early Intervention program in the area(s) you wish to work in. Find a local Early Intervention program here. 

You may contract with more than one local Early Intervention program, and you may even be employed by a local Early Intervention program. 

Each local Early Intervention program is unique, but are all required to ensure professionals providing Early Intervention services adhere to state and federal rules and regulations as well as meet specific provider qualifications.
